First Option:
- Incorporation of a company
The cost of establishing it and even obtaining a residence card is 12,000, including all expenses and fees. It takes 2-3 months
The company is established while you are in your country and then you obtain a residence visa to come with it. The details are as follows:
First step:
Reserve a company name and prepare the documents to be signed and power of attorney in Arabic for the office’s lawyers to rent the headquarters and register the company, a step that takes 20-30 days from start to finish.
The second step:
Continuing to rent the company's headquarters and register with the financial authorities, justification for obtaining an entry visa. This step takes 15-20 days.
The third step:
Obtaining a residence visa, which includes:
Apply to the Romanian consulate in the country of residence to obtain a residence visa, to enter it for photography, and to obtain a residence card.
Fourth Step:
Photographing for the residence card:
Full preparation of the file upon arrival to apply for a photocopy at the Passports Department and obtain the residence card after a month from its date, which is a collection step because the residence decision has already been made to obtain an entry visa.
Second Option:
To obtain a residence permit by establishing a branch for your small or medium-sized company in (without requiring the availability of a specific capital)
It is possible to apply for residency to the owner of the company or its responsible manager without requiring ownership for him
General conditions for a company eligible to establish a branch:
1. At least 4 years have passed since the date of incorporation of the company in its home country
2. The company’s annual business volume (not its capital) should be appropriate and proven through
approved and documented budgets with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your country
3. The availability of at least three approved annual budgets for the year 2018 - 2019 – 202
4. A certified and notarized certificate of fulfilling the required taxes from the company
5. A certificate from the company's private bank proving the validity of the company's account and that it is of good reputation and has never had any kind of financial problems that led to the closure of this account
