The legal framework for obtaining the golden visa in Greece

Greece introduced Law No. 4251/2014 that allows citizens of any non-European countries to obtain a European residence permit by investment, and grants them freedom of movement to travel within the Schengen area (26 countries).

The Golden Visa program in Greece is exceptionally competitive as it is characterized by friendly terms, which reduce the amount of capital required and with the help of investment consultants, it is easy to obtain. Golden visa benefits (family)

Children under the age of 21, parents, spouse or partner living under the cohabitation contract (concluded in Greece) and in-laws of the main investor, can benefit from the same investment of €250,000 or more by issuing them a permanent European residence permit as well.
